Sydney Living Constructions was founded in 2006 by John Pantaleone and Sam Di Bartolo. With over 60 years of combined experience, they built the company on solid industry knowledge and practical skills. John began as a draftsman, developing detailed plans and technical insight. Sam started as a carpenter, bringing sharp attention to build quality and structure. Their combined skill set gave them the ability to lead construction from design to completion with confidence and control.
They didn’t start this company to chase volume. They started it to build quality homes and developments that last. From the beginning, their focus has been on honest service, strong relationships, and consistent delivery. They’ve built a business that is steady, reliable, and clear in its purpose.
