Built by a Team That Delivers

John Pantaleone and Sam Di Bartolo lead Sydney Living Constructions. They bring over 60 years of combined experience across residential and commercial building projects. John’s background in drafting allows him to manage technical planning and ensure design accuracy. Sam brings hands-on experience as a carpenter, focusing on structure and finishing detail.

They lead a trusted group of trades, subcontractors, and consultants who understand the expectations set by the top. Every person involved in a project is selected based on proven skill, accountability and the ability to work to a clear standard.
This team structure gives clients confidence. They know their project won’t be handed around or managed remotely. The people running the business stay involved from start to finish. Decisions are made quickly, problems are solved early, and the job gets done properly. We take pride in running an efficient, responsive and experienced building team.

John and Sam:
Experience That Builds Trust

John Pantaleone and Sam Di Bartolo co-founded Sydney Living Constructions with a shared commitment to building properly. Between them, they bring over 60 years of experience across residential, commercial and multi-unit projects. John began as a draftsman, developing a sharp eye for design, planning and technical precision. Sam started his career as a carpenter, gaining a deep understanding of structure, materials and on-site problem solving.

They lead every project from the front. Clients deal directly with them, not middle management. They coordinate the build, solve issues before they grow and ensure every job is delivered to standard.

John and Sam work together to manage both the big picture and the fine detail. They believe in being present, honest and focused. When something needs to be fixed, they handle it. When a decision needs to be made, they make it. That’s how they’ve earned trust by showing up and getting it done right.
